Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after order confirmation.

Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders over $120. For orders under $120, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once processed, delivery takes approximately 7–12 business days, depending on your location.

Note: During peak periods (like holidays), shipping may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience and are always here to help if you have questions or deadlines — just reach out!

Secure Packaging

Electronics and delicate items are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive safely.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is processed, you'll receive a tracking number via email. When it updates to "In Transit," most packages arrive within 3–7 business days.

Address Changes

Need to update your shipping address? Please email contact@breatheoclock.com within 24 hours of ordering. Once your order has shipped, changes can no longer be made.
